Commando
Cobra
Raw Deal
Sharky’s Machine
Revenge of the Ninja
Invasion U.S.A.
Kickboxer
Extreme Prejudice
Out for Justice (early 90s so it still has a late 80s feel)

I gotta give Sharky’s Machine a rewatch only seen it once. Movie posters back then hit different too
He really was the king ! One of my earliest movie memories was watching T2 on VHS, mind blowing.
Last Action Hero was ahead of it’s time
Eraser still looks so f***ing sleek

Yeah old posters were great
I’m always a sucker for illustrations over those with real images of the actors
i think hard to kill is the ultimate cheesy action movie to me in terms of comedy value while still being a good movie

I'm sure I saw at least a couple Seagal films but I don't remember them. Arny on the other hand had countless classics. JCVD and Sly were great but not close to Arny.

Still need to watch that one
Yeah on letterboxd I almost always change the posters to the og’s.
One 90’s action poster that’s ingrained in my mind is the JCVD x Dennis Rodman clossic Double Team

I can appreciate a good quality pen, currently I wouldn't need one but when I used to rule up or draft a job it definitely added a lil something
I feel like if I got a Montblanc I would only be using it to pay for the bill
any of yall got some good/cheesy 80s action movies to recommend?

This joint came out in 1990 but looks bout right
Paul doesn't have a "Knight of Cups"
@RASIE thoughts?
Even Hard Eight is way better than KoC
Have not seen Hard Eight but I will say I think Malick improved greatly on that KoC style with Song to Song

For sure. A Hidden Life is great too.
