I'm here for the Fablemans hate anyways that thing sucked. I don't have substack so I can't see the whole write-up but I doubt be hated on Munich which is a potent flick. I should probably revisit cause I didn't know that much about Israel's history last time I saw it.

Neither am I but I can still recognize the greats from the genre: Indy, LotR, GoT, etc.

You know what was a weird and basically unnecessary film, Van Sant's ultimate homage of Psycho like it doesn't even feel like a flex but still perplexing in its own way.

I think chromakopia is the only Tyler album ive listened to it was alright

the "chidlike wonder" for me or w/e it is not working. just ends up cheesy and like childrens movies like he said

Spielberg is incredible and The Fabelmans is one of the best films of the decade. Shrek wrong as usual.

Yeah the kiddy ones hit hard if you were an 80s kid but I'd rather just rewatch Lincoln at this point

Took me decades to realize that was Dustin Hoffman lol. Him and Bob Hoskins are classic in that.

Speaking of Dustin, this might be his best role imo. It's like the perfect midpoint between The Graduate and Midnight Cowboy

I wish the mom from Home Alone played Tinkerbell instead of Pretty Woman Julia
