u missed out on our banter when some of us were saying Sir Lucious left foot just as good as the best OutKast (or close to). I know what side u pickin
Yeah. I liked XV's take on open world, but i can also see why others might not. It's sort of the opposite of 7:Re's issue with the incredibly dense towns but no places to go inside — like 90% of XV's world is just vast open areas of various terrains/weather, with each big region having a main town/city, and like 2 or 3 small rest stops.
There's stuff like important side quests and bounties at the rest stops, and the towns obviously, but most of your time is gonna be spent in big expanses of wilderness (and there's lone quest givers hiding throughout these that you can stumble upon too).
From what ive seen of Breath of the Wild, it reminds me a lot of XV's open world: Just huge map of landscapes with different regions to do whatever in.
Basically the complete opposite of 10 and 13's "hallways" lol
Yeah they just need to cram them with stuff to do. GTA had had a lot of funny NPCs/challenges and the cops would chase you around and s***. Skyrim had cool caves and the dragons flying around. Really all FF7 has to do is have some rare bosses running around and cool places to discover materia and catch chocobos. I mean f*** if the original can do it they can do it now.

Did you restart it and do any of the hardened mode? Im curious if you get to keep your stats/equipment like a normal New Game+, or if its a clean slate with harder enemies
@Riffwanker
Scarface got the Rona too

Yeah I did but I haven't beaten it yet. You keep everything and it's legit harder with limited items and the enemies having different movesets. I think there are NG+ only bosses too.

Yeah based on how tough a couple bosses have been so far (and even certain unique mobs), i assume the hardened mode is no joke.

Been rewatching a lot of dunkey vids over the past couple weeks actually. Forgot how great the "Dunkey in Paris" video is, and I also rewatched that highlight reel of him and Leah playing Mario Party for like the 50th time
I think that might be my favorite vid of his.
