I recently bought a Guild 12 string electric and that ended up being the backbone of the song's sound. REM was a big influence; we even used Pretty Persuasion as a reference when we were mixing.

love how open-sounding the guitar makes this song feel. Your singer reminds me a bit of Morrisey. It's a nice contrast.

That's me on vocals and guitar. Our bassist handles the production (though I'm heavily involved in every aspect of mixing) and piano. My roommate who I'm in another band with is on drums.
