I tried to makes the rules fluid enough to let people choose their favorite decades and be able to avoid their less confident ones. I know you're less confident with modern decades so even a minimum effort list is welcome

I used to be more mixed on it. It’s not really the sound I want from him, but it’s really grown on me.

I listened to a few C&L tracks the other day and it might slowly becoming my favorite of his. Illinois is probably his objective masterpiece but the emotional nakedness of C&L really hits hard. I suppose it's just how my mood is on any particular day

There’s a lot more variation on Illinoise, but yeah C&L is so focused and raw that it tends to be my favorite when I think back on it.

Enjoying the hell out of this new Nick Cave Ghosteen never really connected with me tbh (still good) but we are so back. The GOAT never misses

Do you have an actual reason we can't vote for an artist it two different decades? Does it make tallying more annoying or are you just worrried about the aesthetic of Kanyen and Radiohead landing in two decades

Just be tactical i guess. There's a 0% chance other people vote Arcade Fire in the 2010s so voting 2000s would essentially be a spiritual vote for them altogether. Ye will likely win both 00s and 10s so it doesn't matter. Radiohead will likely split evenly as well but it's up to you.
