If you guys were able to live through any 5 year period as your 16-21 year old selves, what years would you pick?
I’d go 1987-1992 with 1994-1999 and 1957-1962 as my second and third options.

id much rather re-live my mid 20s over my late teens I still looked like a baby, was broke, an idiot, awkward.

mid 20s through the mid-late 60s obviously wouldve been crazy. most dramatic quantum leap for movies and music. preferably somewhere warm that I could've actually learned to surf.

I just picked that age range so we’d fit in more with the youth culture and emerging trends of the times, but I feel you. Just watch out for the military draft in that era I forget if the cutoff was 25 or 30

oh god i was such a prick there. Guess i was defending After Hours and used my narcisstic persona to a degree (however, probably triggered my fear of abandonment beneath for some reason) and once I really go off the rails I cannot calm down even though I've tried. Overall, he also pissed me off because he was scolding everyone in FAM with some stupid remarks here and there.

I've scolded Fidelio and Galaxy over some albums a few times I think though nowhere near as obnoxious as then.

Yeah I was super outgoing in my early mid teens but later teens were lame cause I developed slow and got self conscious. Didn't come back out of my shell till like 22.

Late 80s/early 90s for sure. No modern day phone and internet distractions. Would've spent it all partying and skateboarding

But I also agree with @Elric that my mid-late 20s have been way cooler than my teen years
