    damn that's probably my least favorite but it's definitely a very solid album. it's cool that they were able to make music that was more catchy-britpop-esque but still hold onto their punk ethos/aesthetic.

    the iceage tattoo I got a couple years ago is so dogshit technically. totally blown out, uneven, outline a completely different shade than the fill, spotty as hell, black details bleeding into each other and faded as f***. but honestly i still love it

    I just say s*** sometimes I've only heard 3/5 of their albums :ariscared:

    Yeah a couple times a long time ago. That's the third. Didn't connect with me at the time.

    You're Nothing and the new one are both incredible to me and I've gotta re visit that one and listen to the other 2

    No I.D. can pretty much do no wrong but Jay doesn't really move me at all on here feels pretty middling saved by creative production

    edit: pretty great second half by Jay but overall I don't love it and the spoken word outro is textbook faux-deep buffoonery.

    I was more using those lyrics to describe his mental state but that moment also hard as hell

    Only truly despicable and disgusting one is on the title track but the KING one is mildly despicable since he's trying to quote other people's perception of him. But the deflection is kinda nasty.
