I need to. Fielder and Tim Robinson are the only geniuses in comedy at the moment.

In mainstream alt comedy sure, but there’s great traditional stand ups.

There’s a lot of great stand ups but not one of them is trying to redefine what comedy is. Mullen on CumTown probably the closest.

Yeah don't think I liked it. Gummo has a certain scummy magic to it though.

Yeah that’s why I said “traditional”. I don’t need or want anyone to redefine what comedy is. Shane Gillis is funnier than anybody mentioned so far.

Meanwhile the ski industry out here mountains are bone dry. We're gonna have the worst forest fire season ever probably.

@RVI okay after a few more spins, this Wallen album is clickin.

865, Outlaw, Wasted on You, Cover Me Up, Heartless, Livin the Dream, Warning, More Surprised Than Me, and Somebody's Problem

    All really great songs.

There are still a few on here that i just dont care for cause they hit way too close to that Montgomery Gentry/Jason Aldean cancer vibe.

But there are times where Morgan goes so far in that same direction that it loops back around to being enjoyable lol — like on paper "Still Goin Down" sounds like several dozen generic top 10 country chart songs over the past decade, but the vocal rhythms he plays with in the chorus makes me forget how bland the lyrics are

yeah Still Goin Down is a heater. infectious af, yeah the chorus lyrics are ridiculous but that part is so good. he has a lot of parts where the catchy rhythm plus vocal inflection just helps to make the melody ridiculously catchy. the pseudo rapping on the title track

in that vein I also really love Beer Don't. its just such an outrageous banger. some of those 2nd half songs that seemed slight at first snuck up on me like Me on Whiskey, Silverado for Sale, Rednecks Red Letters Red Dirt. also think Quittin Time is an amazing closer

i dont dislike it but i think Country A$$ S*** is the weakest and its just a bit much lol

album ties American Heartbreak for my most played of the past 5 years

I've cooled off on the new ye for now. Like almost every ye record, I'll usually always love it at first and get my full bearings later. Think I loved Donda even more the first week and the highest highs are still amazing. I can acknowledge the highs on Vultures aren't on that level but I don't know how these songs will feel for me in a couple months
