@Elric I was wrong about this production btw
Those bells are crazy
Production on sslp in general is super unique and innovative. Not sure what song you linked here though it's not available for me

As The World Turns. I changed the link. The turntable scratches feel like a homage to the previous generation while still being modern, it’s crazy.

I know but it's still funny, their faces look like they've never seen mobile phones before
@leals_core @Bizzle @Koala @branmalt new J is a nice warm blanket on a cold winter day

Gonna jam that later
Was listening to Say Sue Me earlier which is total rainy summer break up music
How was it?
I didn’t realize Sofia used them in the movie
It was ok. Thought for sure that's where you found that album. Some real weird anachronistic soundtrack choices.

Yep very classic

Yeah it’s bizarre lol. Watching modern interviews feels like they’re out of time.
Revisited Nashville Skyline. Honestly top 5 Dylan for me at this point.
your country era going crazy huh
also i meant to ask do you f*** with "red dirt"? or have you dove into it at all? definitely seems like that stuff over the past decade or two is part of the buildup to Zach Bryan etc. you too @Galaxy

I haven’t gotten around to that yet. Trying to go back in forth with the newer stuff and the classics while also keeping up with my 2023 list across genres. There’s almost like too much art and media now. It’s exciting tho.
also just found this
wow @Galaxy @HeyFella @Elric @RASIE
This is very nice.

Zach's more rocking stuff pretty much falls under that category I think. seems like it's basically just country rock with some more alt-country and folk twists that is mostly made by bands from Texas/Oklahoma
i think i've only scratched the surface with a few artists. might check out some more
