ill be honest was not a fan of that midsommar film but loved the OST. Check out Natura Renovatur, reminds me a lot of that soundtrack. classical music but not for the faint of heart

Agreed. Margaret might be my favorite song on it. Just really beautiful and earnest. A lot of her earlier music has this cheeky sense of irony to it that rubs me the wrong way. She made something much more intimate and emotional with this one.

Never been a huge fan but I figure I'd give it a shot. But yeah the first ~7 tracks are pretty solid. Those interludes were super interesting and unique

I really want to love the new Sufjan album... and it's a beautiful sounding record, but the weakest aspect might be Sufjan's voice which isn't bad but it's so extremely frail at this point (with age and the content) that it's a bit grating AT TIMES imo.
