its great but two of the best songs on there (Romance and Of All The Things) were already released as b-sides to the A&M singles so its impact was less for me. Telegraph is my favourite on there otherwise.
also this song hit me at such a tender time im not sure if anything they do will capture that feeling

I never really take that kind of release stuff into consideration. Just judging it on the album content. It’s got some of their best pop stuff and their best atmospheric experimental work. But yes those 2 songs are all timers.
well it just panned out like that way for me cause I went chronologically and had already absorbed those songs as b-sides from A&M before realized they got recycled on DC. to me they are more A&M songs.

Yeah A&M is great. Don’t think I ever listened to the debut in full. Going to give that a go now. Been in a Synthpop mood this month.
