Have you still not listened to Fiery Furnaces debut yet? Way better homage to the blues and garage rock while maintaining a new and unique style, slightly more deranged, occasionally electronic, and Eleanor is the perfect vocalist for the disjointed pace of some of the songs.

Listened to the 3rd Colin Blunstone solo album and it’s the weakest of the three I’ve heard, but it’s still great. It’s a tragedy he never really found success. When he was with The Zombies he perfected the 60’s sound better than any of the bands around him and in the 70’s he was effortlessly writing songs that should have been as big as the most popular Elton John or Billy Joel singles. Like this is so timeless. The Bee Gee’s had to have heard this before writing How Deep Is Your Love.
