Yea dude tooth pain is the worst, you could literally feel it behind your eyes, temples, etc. Had some rough ones from clenching during sleep.

when I broke my arm the surgeon said I could take 4 tylenol is and 4 advil at once. Definitely not healthy but probably okay in the very short term for emergency situations. I would call your doctor and try to get them to prescribe you some Vicodin or tramadol at the very least. But careful with tramadol it has some weird interactions with ssris
