If this wasn't his first album and literal decades I would have no complaints at all, and it would make sense. Whatever hopefully this just gets the music ball rolling for him again. I hope some interviewer reminds him he doesn't have to rap.

i listened a few hours ago and "flute album" isnt really what it sounds like.

more like straight up ambient/new age album with a few jazz and electronic influences. so i guess its still some genre bending

i was worried it would just be some f***ing around with amateur flute playing for 87 minutes but its not that, more like he wanted to create meditative soundscapes for whatever reason

he said he owns like 30-40 flutes
