yea i just started listening after getting into my visual kei bag and saw you got like 400+ plays on em after saying that

They're goated as f***, one of the best (trad) heavy metal bands. Some top riffs. I'll peep all their albums one, seems like they stayed pretty consistent the whole career. Got more power metaly in the later stuff

ya i see they’ve been around since megadeth and still putting up strong numbers

a lot of good other 80s heavy metal from japan like Loudness or Seikima-II but none of them hit me as hard as Anthem

i enjoy eternal elysium alot but they’re doom/stoner metal

sat spreading tarot cards

I ask the young boy
the one I’m bonded with
the one left behind

“Why’d you do it?”
I ask the old lady
lying asleep in bed
a dog at each foot

“What did I do?”
I ask the pretty girl
dancing at the party
to her favorite songs

these images
ephemeral vignettes
projected on eyelids
so I can’t forget

eyes still shut tight
my tired consciousness drifts
off, back into slumber
bringing dreams with it

in my dreamland
a parallel present
sits frozen in stasis
waiting just for me

one where I’m not
perpetually pleading
for fictitious answers
from familiar phantoms

i just keep going back to that Yeule album, getting new favs every listen lol
