ayo do you still vape? Out of all the things I've been dependent on: benzos, alcohol, Adderall, cigarettes, list goes on to infinity,
vaping is the one thing that's hardest for me to quit. cigarettes were easy af to quit interestingly.
If you did quit, how'd you do it? I got these zynn nicotine patches and they're really good but still get that vaping craving all the time...
I'm vape-free since July 19 of last year. I just quit cold turkey which might not work for some. It would never work if I tried to ween myself off cause I was vaping a s***load every day and couldn't control myself per day if I tried
It was pretty easy for me cause one time I got really sick with laryngitis and it f***ed the back of my throat up really bad. Made vaping near impossible cause it always hurt the back of my throat. I still have that issue when I get sick.
Edit: i shouldn't say easy because I tried to quit multiple times and still went back within a few days. The throat tingling pretty much forced me to quit. It also hurt my gums quite a bit

yeah if you read studies vaping seems to be harder to quit than cigarettes for whatever reason
