Humble Mumble - ? - Red Velvet - Gangsta S*** - Toilet TIsha - Slum Beautiful - Stanklove is a hell of a way to bookend a record. Still think Snappin and Trappin is completely unnecessary. We Luv Dee Hoez is obnoxious, and I'll Call Before I Come feels like fluff bit isnt bad. The rest is fuego

forgot how annoying the chorus to this song was. Em's verses are incredible though

lookin back, The Eminem Show had some god awful choruses all over. Not Em's strong suit but the MMLP and SSLP hooks were serviceable and even good.

Till I Collapse still zenithand also was sorta like that generations Kendrick/Control after Em names off all his favourite rappers. Was kinda weirdly the moment people finally noticed that 3000 was in fact smoking every track consistently for years.

I think most of them are solid on there except for Say What You Say. Em had a pretty decent melodic sense around that time, but he did lean into intentionally grating hooks sometimes. Square Dance of course being one of the examples.

The last 3 songs on Stankonia are perfect, you gotta put yourself back in 2000 and truly appreciate how creative the album was sound wise. The fact that it was mainstream only adds to its legend. It’s a gumbo of everything Kast. BREAK
