I watched grave of the fireflies last month and beautiful film but didn't hit me quite as hard as I thought it would. The ending though the soundtrack too

Growing up singing along to Queen Greatest Hits with my parents and sister was amazing

lol I was specifically listening to that one over the weekend, funny how it’s the Queen album I go back to at this point even though I don’t think it’s their best. It’s just good and not overplayed

To me Sheer Heart Attack/A Night at the Opera was by far the best they ever were as an album band

Imperial Bedroom actually sinking in like crazy

feels weird to have Costello hit so hard after spending a decade waiting for Armed Forces/Get Happy/Trust to hit at all. He toned down the verbosity and is actually letting the band flex out a bit like they did on This Years Model (one of my all time favourite albums)
