if you listened to my stories of scrapping
they always began with me being a cheeky smartass and getting decked and then laughing like a maniac as i get to throw downI mean I was basically the same. I was fearless and just got a kick out of testing people
I'm way more zen and chill now but there will always be a part of me that's pissed off. How can you not be with the way things are?
But anyway songs and music like that is purely a positive for me

i remember reading something about some study they did where they showed listening to metal makes metalheads happy and reduces their stress/anger
