Very Basedwhy does RYM dislike this band so much?
"Halfway through & I have to stop. This got super annoying super fast, there’s literally nothing interesting going on & the “brutality” is the only draw. Even then, it gets stale pretty quick. This is my vote for most forgettable album of the year, proceed with caution if you want to listen."
They act like BCNR and Kendrick reinvented the wheel. Reviews should be taken with a grain of salt.

Outside of a handful of beloved artists, people there generally grade modern albums pretty harshly. Meanwhile the most cookie cutter 1960s-1980s mainstream rock gets a 3.5+ rating

i doubt anyone will agree but i feel like Modern Love is pretty close to the caliber of those songs as well, just all time classic singles at this point

They just came up when I was googling the word and saw they were Canadian so checked them out and kind of like it
