3. 2000s = 2010s (2020s also equal so far)
4. 70s70s cant be anything but last because there might not even be 50 metal albums in the entire decade. 90s will probably be first because maybe the biggest explosion of subgenres. or at least the true codification of the ones that started in the 80s

Love at First Sting by Scorpions and Heaven & Hell by Black Sabbath are so good
on the borderline of hard rock and heavy metal but Scorpions definitely a top tier band of that style. almost no one can match the 8 album streak from Fly to the Rainbow -> Love at First Sting

I haven't listened to every album from them but I've liked every Swans album I've heard. Even the earliest stuff which isn't my style was still pretty good
