Finally got around to listening to Haim's second and third albums. Neither are as consistent as the debut though.

Something to Tell You starts out with a great string of tunes but starts to decline. Nothing bad, just kinda meh.

Women in Music III is the rral disappointment imo. The majority of the album is just so boring to me. There's a lot of songs that i struggled to not press the skip button on. I dig the lo-fi direction they've taken but the songwriting just seems aimless.

However, the song "FUBT" from that album is awesome and one of their best songs in my book. I replay that s*** a lot. It's become a regular in my big "main jams" playlist:

First time I've ever heard Haim. Good song though.

Their first album is essentially a Fleetwood Mac revival but nearly every single song is genuinely good Pop music. One of those albums you can listen to front to back any time.

This video where someone edited Haim's song "The Wire" over the opening creds of The Wire season 4 is still a classic It fits so well with the footage
