Yeah when I was young and basking in Run DMC, Eric B & Rakim, BDP, EPMD and other stuff that had a deep groove you could easily dance to I didn't know what to make of PE's perpetual face punch production style. After listening to cataclysmic arythmic Cold Sweat on repeat for the last 6 months I might be ready for another attempt.

I didn't mean rythmless I mean like it invented a whole new esoteric type of groove that is not nearly as immediately accessible as the other songs I mentioned. Obviously I'm not a musician so can't explain properly what I mean but I know what they're talking about when they say things like "rhythmically intense, harmonically static" about it.
