hung out with a female friend that I hadn't seen in 3 years because of her relations with my ex. I forgave her, it's all good, life goes on, but I learned some things about my ex that if there was any sympathy, it's almost entirely gone.

She convinced (manipulated) her entire family into believing this friend introduced her to weed and it led to her d*** addiction. (I know that's f***ing bullshit). That d*** addiction now I've learned being Coke and Meth which apparently she is starting detox for. good f***in luck

I am glad I have a relatively boring life, listening to music and counting lists. that other s*** is too extreme

My life is a lot quieter than it used to be and I'm generally happier these days
