I tend to think most classics are property rated. I’d rather talk about what’s underrated.
Your opinion on Exile on Main Street still the same?
Listening to this Dave album Psychodrama
don't love most British rapping but this isn't bad. MF DOOM the gold standard fir British rappers cause you can't even tell he's Bri'ish innit
I never knew he was British
Reminds me of this crazy Roots track about someone’s s***ty life in the ghetto
!https://youtu.be/qqZDRWJnFoAbeen like 7 years since I spun some Roots
feel like they're underrated in the pantheon of hip-hop but ngl I never feel like listening to them

I only play that album and How I Got Over. Legit don’t care about the rest aside from Game Theory. Their live show is Top 50 ever though.

I had a brief obsession with undun at one point but I've not listened to that one since like 2013. Used to always jam the first 3 or 4 tracks just before going to work.
@Elric the New Order vibes are strong in this
I feel like she didn’t want to be a pop star and just decided not to ruin her ‘96-‘04 golden age
with the ridiculously long hiatus she took i believe you. even the no doubt reunion felt forced
They arent as atrocious as something like Muse but still bad enough to make me not want to listen anymore
Early Muse is also really underrated. I’ll stand by those first 3 albums.

Anyone that says they can't do British rap just hasn't heard the real good stuff

It grew on me for sure. I just don’t think it’s filled with stand out songs, it’s more the general feel of the record as a whole that clicked. The seedy underground party vibes. I’d still rank three of their other albums higher.

Is this not just the British national anthem?
NOT THE SALSA DIP
I've replayed this line 5 times now, I'm f***ing crying jesus christ this is gold
