We're talking about the 60s numbnuts
Also chronological method
Also how am I going to recommend later albums that I haven't heard myself
Rise didn't mention decade
Yes you are right but we are talking 60s. He only had 3 in the 60s right? I need to give the other a listen
Mirror Man was recorded in 67-68 but released in 1971 and it's fire
Beefheart is def an artist I wanna go through every album. After 60s I will def be going into his discog

I kinda prefer the other versions despite the oscillator or whatever

Wym, you prefer the strictly personal versions of those songs with alternates as mirror Man tracks/bonuses?
Not sure which of those I prefer but the long ass mirror Man songs are fire, the rhythmic jam style is almost like the approach of krautrock or magma type bands a few years later

Fair enough, cant say I'm too surprised you don't prefer the 8-19 minute long jams on mirror man
If we're being honest though I haven't been giving the bonus mirror man a full digestion and have been focusing on the original 4 tracks that would have been released
. so I'm only super familiar with those 4 behemoths
What does following a band on rym do?
Is there a feed or something I'm missing?
And don't worry I'm not saying anything proto-
Need to jazz it up again soon. Been just rock/pop the last couple weeks
Any particular artist you want to get into?

I think there is a s***ty archaic feed on your profile with a list of upcoming releases from those artists but I don't really use it. Also pretty sure rating a release by an artist is just what adds you to the list of "followers"
Any particular artist you want to get into?
nah i got a list of artists I have but if you have any you think I havent heard or added to my list, shoot
