So relistened to Tame Impalas discography. Lonerism still the best. InnerSpeaker the most interesting in terms of compositions but it doesn’t have as many stand out tracks. I enjoyed my Currents relisten even if I think it would have been better if some ideas were scrapped and the overall album was cut down a bit. A song like Past Life is a waste with that f***ing robotic monologue nonsense. I feel like the people that hate this record are the same that hate Random Access Memories, they’re very similar. Idk I still thinks it’s mostly all just fun alternative pop.
