am i a bad person if i dont dislike anthony fantano

Him responding to Twitter is great
    The rest is just decent
Never really thought he was entertaining enough to have a strong opinion about, except that his opinion of Kanye is purposely contrarian.

I don't get how people don't find Clockwork enjoyable. Other than the rape scene its hilarious and aesthetically pleasing. The score is also amazing.

:mm: Always found it irritating and for a better word "Wonky".

Have you read the book ?

I don’t like Lolita because it’s just not that interesting to me; I have only seen Kubrick movies before Strangelove once each

I think the way you judge the content of films is ludicrous

Cinematic universe keeps it truer to the comics tbh. Everyone complains about it but my fave comics are the ones where disparate heroes worlds intersect.

I agree but at the same time the cinematic universe idea has just gotten out of hand to the point directors aren't allowed to have a unique voice when tackling the material they're working with. There's of course exceptions, but even the best of them lately still have the looming presence of the studio all over them.

Tbh the studios not giving directors free reign with a 350 million dollar budget just one of the evils of our time

In case anyone hasn't listened to Caroline Shaw yet. This is her most acclaimed work and imo pretty amazing.

This is great. But, out of interest, your post makes it seem as tho we would likely be familiar with her work - is there a reason why we would be?

She's a Kanye collaborator (Wolves, She "remixed" several songs like Say You Will and Welcome to Heartbreak).

Also, I didn't want to earn "uh we already know her"-replies but then again I don't know if it came off arrogant.
