Early Sunny is great. Smart enough to do shock value without being obnoxious. Arrested Development > community tho

They literally had to tell them to stop cheering so long when Kramer showed up

Sometimes wish Chevy and Dan would see eye to eye through the whole series. Chevy is so good as Pierce but I can kinda understand how he was upset he went from a bumbling but likeable old rich guy in S1 to a complete d*** in S2. He played the role so well tho.

Had some good moments but Curb is a lifestyle more than just a mere show

Community is A tier at its best and D tier at its very worst and probably averages to B tier overall.

But nobody cares about the shortened season 4-6 cause the first 70 episodes are A tier

Arrested Development is A overall too (probably lower actually, I havent watched the much maligned seasons 4 and 5)

Idk I used to rent community and sunny DVDs when they were coming out and theyre good but nothing I ever felt like revisiting whereas anything Larry David is a comfort zone I can bask in all day. Finding out somebody I just met in real life is a Larry David fan is the fastest way to learn they're a real one and become immediate bros.

also didnt help the show went increasingly left field and Chevy hated being there after season 1 because of it. But who do you cater to? The rest of the cast who loved the weird direction or the old grumpy guy you have mutual hate with?

Chevy is a notorious curmudgeon but I would try to be more diplomatic rather than antagonistic
