are you serious?
Had a feeling you weren't even aware you were doing it all the time
You don’t have an example
Still just addled from the 80s though
You don’t have an example
I'm at work rn but there's no doubt in my mind that I could pull up about 6,000 examples if I sat down and looked
I'm not trying to harangue you too hard it's just part of how you post
Bruce looking pretty emo in this new Batman film
:elon:
he's batman. he's supposed to be emo.

Yeah sure okay
But for real you know you're not as focused on the vocal performance. You fully admit a lot of your goats are totally mid vocally.
some of these 4k music video remasters are crazy to watch

crazy
No one agrees with me but Don’t Speak by No Doubt has one of the best melodic choruses ever.
"best melodic chorus" is a very specific detail that I don't think many people have a list of to counter your claim

doesnt mean i dont appreciate good singers/vocal performances as much. i dont think my goats are any more mid vocally than yours are, the lyrics are the part i dont pay attention to as much
idk if i mentioned it but the vocals are still my favorite part of the album i just dont find them better than the studio versions at all (outside those few covers with no studio version ofc)
Future lists
"Best melodic choruses"
"Best flute performances 1967-1984"
rhythmic choruses too
rhythmic choruses too
Might save that for after best brass ensemble performances from 1978-1995

I know but Reeves had him looking like L from Death Note in some scenes
It’s essentially here’s “the predictable rise core” song y’all don’t really like but you like him more than me so you’ll tolerate it, then some indie record no ones ever heard of, then the typical Nick Cave pick, and then some 60’s rock gem that Elric or RVI dug up. Maybe a rap song that deadpeg put on by a d*** dealer who recorded it borderline passed out on percocets. Maybe that’ll mix it up. Or we could just bully some random dude who came in cause he played a Deftones rip off a couple times into leaving. I’d rather just listen to music with people offline at that point.
I think for 70s bowie
