Watching Band of Brothers. It’s great but I hate how most WWII framed it as the “good war” despite how horrific they portray everything on the ground.

Honestly that’s insane. I remember when everyone was hyping that up. Everyone saying the trailers looked like Tarantino mixed with The Coen Brothers.

I don't know if anyone really considered it a good war but it was one of the few times there was a very clear case of good vs bad with the one side making a literal attempt to take over the world with evil
