I prefer rewatching things than watching new stuff most of the time outside of theatres

I was in there on the first few pages laughing at that dude that predicted TPAB was gonna be near the top... So that should've counted as positive comments anyway
Tried to put my friends on to gecs but they weren’t feeling it
It's pretty dumb
What was everyone’s top 3 favorite albums/shows/movies of 2019?
For music, I’d say Bandana / African Giant / Ventura
In terms of tv, ima lump anime in that as well and go with Chernobyl / Promised Neverland / Watchmen
And movies, Irishman / Uncut Gems / Glass
music: cave in - final transmission
tv: stranger things
movies: parasite
Parasite love :h5:
i think it's a hyperactive dadaistic bubblegum parody of emo-trap, mainstream pop with bits of metal and noise here and there. it sounded super grating yet interesting at first but now I think it's banger after banger. There are so many interesting ideas coming up with pretty much every beat it's ridiculous. The sophisticated production alone is way above many of the artists it parodies (Taylor Swift, Young Thug etc.).
PS: I like Thug. no offense to his music.
First listen I was kinda indifferent
i couldn't even finish it
I was hoping it would at least be decently entertaining like the Prince of Persia movie, but not even
why is vinyl so goddamn expensive
there arent alot of vinyl press operators. apparently the recent popularity of vinyl from mainstream artists has made it much harder for smaller bands to get their albums pressed.
i guess i should finally listen to Prince's Graffiti Bridge
forgot it even existed
