Closedown their best song
For that album, it's a tie between Closedown and Untitled
Objectively.
Disintegration is their best song by a big stretch
I forgot you deny P***ography because your love for Skinny Puppy
how bout The Funeral Party
A Strange Day

Never forget how New Order straight up lifted that song from them 2 years later

everyone trying to act like deep cuts are better than all the singles

Among the great groups where their singles and deep cuts are equally GOAT
Could be said for a lot of 80s artists tbh

do you think that sounds like a single
ill definitely concede the best P***o/Faith songs arent the singles though just because theyre way less conducive to singles anyway. A Forest is my favorite song from that dark trilogy still though
and Charlotte Sometimes never did it for me as much as the songs on Faith

i mean yeah but besides my 3 favorite albums from them i think the singles generally stand out. like they're 8-8.5/10 albums with a few solidly 10/10 songs
i put head on the door at #6 but In Between Days and Close to Me are f***ing amazing

If only the greatest hits version of "Close to Me" was the album version.
Those trumpets are too godly

Arcade Fire had to have Close to Me on repeat when recording Reflektor
idk their standouts for me were pretty sporadic

yeah still like 7 singles on there though
no Disintegration songs on that playlist though?
