I think I’ve literally only played them twice. I’m not gonna play the Strokes. I just figured that one time it was an obscure enough song with a sound more similar to the Voidz that it would get a pass.

well Fidelio you were right, beatsense is a disaster

It’s essentially been “the predictable rise core” song we don’t really like but we like him more than you so we tolerate it, then some indie record no one ever heard of, then the typical Nick Cave pick, and then some 60’s rock gem that Elric or RVI dug up. Then there was a rap song that deadpeg put on by a d*** dealer who recorded it borderline passed out on percocets. That really mixed it up. After that, we bullied some random dude who came in cause he played a Deftones rip off a couple times into leaving. I’d rather just listen to music with people offline at this point.

Ngl I'm jealous as s*** you get to experience songs like In Every Dream Home A Heartache for the first time cataclysmic moments on these albums. Discovering them was such a golden era for me because it was like finding another Bowie to dive into long after I thought I had already assimilated all the zenith 70s bands. Doing solo Eno alongside them compounds the effect.
