I had watched til season 3 before

Now I’m on season 3 again

Season 1 = 10/10
Season 2 = 9/10
Season 3 = 8.5/10 (episode 9 rn)

First 4 seasons are all essentially as close to perfection as it gets

Watched the sopranos pilot yesterday

Rewatched The Wire a couple months back, still the GOAT show for me on every level.

Not bad not great

No its still very entertaining and has some classic moments.. but you could tell HBO was rushing them to a finish and they lost a main writer.

i thought that new Swans record was a lil weak at first, but it’s a crazy grower. listened a couple times since then, including last night, and i actually really like that s***. it benefits from toning down on the noise, but still manages to retain their signature of long songs with gradual build-ups. real pretty album.

also like 30 minutes shorter than their last 3, so that’s a plus.
