While the dudes are spreading the legend that Omar went out in a blaze of glory
Everything that Marlo wanted Omar got effortlessly while he just ended up another forgotten street boss. Great character though.

I always loved joint, that haunting sax
how the sample starts with dude saying "Watch me shoot this mothafucka" and ends with Fish saying "They want us to kill ourselves"
Playing Omar probably f***ed MKW up so much that he never truly recovered
Him and Andre Royo (Bubbles) even made a bet on which character would die first. I know Andre also has stated how difficult it was to play that role
He was great in Boardwalk Empire too
Damn I always wanted a flick with MKW playing a delta blues musician. He would have killed it
"learnt from Ye then went and touched the sky"
some questionable lyrics here and there but not every rapper is perfect
you listen to the new one yet?
im checking it out rn, just trying to get past the accent. lol i feel very uncultured
lol yea I had to adjust to it too, but once it clicked I was all in
what'd you think?

i got used to it and was warming it to it by the end of the album. just had it on in the background so cant give too many thoughts yet but the musicality of it was really impressive at times. i also remember her saying some cool shti
I liked Marlo too, tbh The Wire was probably the only show where I liked damn near every character.
But Marlo's last scene when nobody knew who he even was is
That worm Scott Templeton
@rise_zero yea I have no idea who played Marlo but his last scene was great, that laugh was perfect after those kids tried to jump him. Him and Avon were a lot alike, Marlo just more ruthless.
"Just a gangsta I suppose"

Weird how we bask in British rock all day but suddenly their rappers are a challenge lol
Not queen MIA obviously however

Charli got any bangers recently
Charli got any bangers recently
entire pop 2, how i'm feeling now, and self-titled just nothing but absolute bangers
But she also recently released a new single. A huge throwback to her popstar sound instead of the cling clang stuff she got her niche following for

my ears must be broken compared to everyone elses

Nothing gets worse than Lizzo ruining the perfection of Track 10.
Oh sorry, "Blame It On Your Love"
so unnecessary

yeah i hate that feature too lmao
Looking at my booty like you don't know what to do :fck:
still can handle that one more than Tommy Cash and Jay Park. yes tommy cash was also trash on the Charli album but I liked Charli's other features like Christine and the Queens, Sky, Troye Sivan more. for Pop 2 the only feature I feel really adds something positive is queen Carly
i hope the flooding albums/mixtapes with features is a thing of the past for her tbh
The quartet of Charli, Pablo Vittar, Brooke Candy, and CupcakKe undefeated tho
crazy how Brooke Candy actually managed to redeem herself after this nightmare of a verse

off topic but have you heard this album? I was random browsing for obscure 2020 albums and found this. I like it a lot
