she used to be way more open but I pushed my luck and now it's tough to get her to watch anything without color or in English 
She's down to watch any western any time, any capeshit, anything with affable goats like Cary Grant and James Stewart. Sternberg/Dietrich. All the current goats. Massive Peaks fan.
Pretty down with Chaplin, Keaton and Lloyd for a while. Watched a ton of German new wave stuff together (her mum's German so she found it interesting) but that phase has passed
She acts like she doesn't care that much but is smart as a whip and remembers most of this s*** i ramble on about all day and gets absolutely livid when I watch anything new and interesting without her.

@Elric this album is nice af, but why did it never get a CD issue?
gonna see if i can track down some compilation that includes hopefully all of the tracks so i can get in better quality
