Not tryna sound like a liberal white knight but I caught myself before saying something really dumb the other day. Was watching yet another new movie by a woman director with yet another rape scene and was about to complain about how women directors always seen to shoehorn a rape scene into at least half their films then realized half the women I was sitting with had been raped men are pretty f***ed up

I dunno he's not really my dude although we had a bunch of people over to watch El Topo and we were screaming and yelling the whole time. I don't remember the rape scene and usually write a movie off if there is one. Especially if there are two... looking at Leone.

Wouldn't have been that akward because she's a super old and best friend and I've bounced her assaulter out of parties that we've showed up to before. If he wasn't a good friend of my trash brother in law he probably would've got worse.
