Ive got a couple that happened to family members and one that happened to me.

The one that happened to me isn't necessarily "alien," just a really weird event that involves missing time

One of the family stories is pretty good tho. Happened to my brother and his best friend (who has basically become my adopted brother now) back when i was in high school. My brother doesn't mind talking about it still, but his BFF has always refused to bring it up and gets upset/anxious. Dude will straight up leave the room without saying anything if anyone even brings up aliens cause it might lead to someone retelling their experience
