Perhaps tipping the scales, on August 7, Miller received a citation to appear in Vermont Superior Court Bennington Criminal Division on September 26 for arraignment on the burglary charge.

Knowing that they wouldn’t have a $200 million film without Miller, who is in almost every scene of the DC pic, Warner Bros brass have been talking to the actor and their reps for weeks about a more “pro-active” mental health strategy for the performer.

Severe mental problems doesn’t excuse crimes guys come on . I’m in no way invalidating trauma or mental health issues by saying we are accountable for our crimes and how we treat others. The same way when a mass shooting happens I don’t think mental health should serve as an excuse because someone is making an active choice . There is no way y’all are saying Ezra brain chemistry made Ezra do all these things even while people told them they were wrong and hurting them

To me it’s like those getting offended by people unknowingly saying “ him “ when many aren’t doing it to be hurtful they just don’t know or it’s reflex then under every tweet or article is arguments about respecting pronouns which is valid . While in this situation it feels like it detracts from how egregious the crimes are
