I haven’t read the whole proposal, but are we sure this wasn’t inevitable?
Already in the top division there’s only 3-4 teams that have serious chances of winning the league and euro competitions. The revenue increases for the top teams continue to outpace the other teams in the league which will only reduces parity long term.
