Don’t quote me with cop outs. Especially since Uzi talks like he’s more than just a generic rapper. He didn’t give any effort on this project and I don’t see how you think it’s his best.

It’s not a cop out. He progressed and made a great, cohesive album that feels like it finally delivers on the aesthetic he came in the game with.

I brought up the ramones point because this site takes reinvention so seriously. A lot, most, of great artists basically do the same thing they’re entire career and it’s great because only they could do it. You can’t change you’re own handwriting.

And who cares how uzi talks. That’s just his own confidence and ego. It doesn’t change the quality of the end product, for better or worse. In this case he made a great album.

It is a cop out. You’re basically saying nothing matters. Who cares. When other artist talk a big game and don’t live up to that I doubt you’re this passive about it.

Where is the progression? All I hear is the same tired flows, a half baked concept album, and basic flexing bars?
