There's nothing wrong with temporary except it doesn't feel like it belongs here
You guys had me thinking it was deathly
I like the concept, but I feel like Em didn’t really capitalize on it to the full extent he could have.
I feel like as he became more technically skilled, it got harder for him to cut back at that and rap from a place of emotion.
That being said, the song isn’t for me, it’s for Hallie, and I truly hope it can help her when Em eventually passes
i hate how most of these songs have these f***in mid ass beats then some f***in incredible production for like 30 sec near the end
its actually insane how much better the first half of the album is vs. the 2nd half. 2nd half isn't terrible, but it sounds like an extension of revival era albums. 1st half actually sounds like early 2000's em
If game smart he jumps on it and forces a response
Tbh the em fanbase is too strong and not enough people would care to force it. Which is sad
Definitely not touching
SSLP
MMLP
TES
Relapse
I'll put it up there with relapse.
It's impossible to top those first 3
Only once in a generation artists like Kendrick can touch those
Cold Wind Blows
On Fire
Going Through Changes
Seduction
No Love
Space Bound
So Bad
Almost Famous
Untitled
Ridaz
Session One
All good to great songs to me man
They could never make me hate Recovery
As I’ve grown older Recovery has grown on me tbh
I was like 13 when it came out and was a pretty big Eminem fan but it was just eh at the time for me but nah Recovery and Bad Meets Evil might be his most listenable albums in all honesty
I just think it’s better then some people are acting like it is here.
Yeah it’s got some s***ty pop elements but it was a huge album for a reason. And this album just dropped.
I’m happy to say TDOSS is better than the last 3 easily though.
Guilty Conscience 2 was disappointing
alchemist could do a better beat for gc2 i bet
There you go
Another example
Recovery got plenty of good songs man
his screaming got old quick on there, but it's a good album
Renaissance is for sure a Green Lantern mixtape cut that he edited/added on to (judging by length, flow and rhymes)
nah recovery a blassic. some of his best rapping on there
You blinded by nostalgia
his screaming got old quick on there, but it's a good album
The screaming was just the vocal layering on the TES done with an older voice and it didn’t hit the same because it was deeper and more rough sounding.
