Alchemist posted a video of him making the beat for Location Remote off Fetti at Rick Rubin's house while Em was in another section working on Revival and it's hilarious to me how Em was in that close of proximity to some of the best production one can have access to and was like nah let me rap over I Love Rock n Roll

Em is such a fan of alciemist type stuff too And a fan of guys alchemist works with. He likes Boldy, the griselda guys, Earl. The fact the only beat of his he’s chosen for an album is Stepdad over the entirety of their 20ish (plus?) year friendship is so silly

He's pretty much the greatest producer of all time as it is. The only person you could say is better, would be like Dre and starting Shady Gunit Aftermath and signing Kendrick. But Dre really doesn't produce beats like that. When was the last time he crafted a full album, Relapse?

Alchemist's recent work with Boldy and Earl and Armand Hammer come to mind. He is much more prolific when it comes to beatmaking
