Tbh, Skyler’s voice isn’t that bad. She fit well on Black Magic, which I thought was a really good song.
I just hate her writing. “I never knew love is pain” is such a juvenile “first time trying writing” lyric, I can’t stand it.

its not bad at all. its just "cool" for stans to hate on her so thats what stans do. i think it was more the production and feel to the earlier tracks. she can easily sing a good hook on the right type of track. i lowkey now want this track to be fire and see everyone try to say its still bad

I’m just giving my 2 cents
I want the track to still be good too, and I think it still might.
I also think Skyler gets more hate than she deserves because most fans just hate that he’s not rapping the hooks, and is instead using a singer, and unlike icons like Rihanna or Beyoncé, Skyler is easy to dunk on

because when they uploaded album on apple music they listed the composers which is diff than the actual features. ive added music to apple music before so i know how it works. its just a field that says composer. u can literally add anything to it. when it's an actual feature you add it in a different field.

so all OP did was take a list of composers and make assumptions by the names listed. like bizarre for example could just be adlibs or talk like he did on "those kinda nights" but he actually wont be listed as a feature

as of right now the only confirmed features until we see full update is big sean and babytron. skyler and white gold have also said they are on it via social media

Skylar is an okay singer, she doesn’t ruin songs. It’s just that every song she features on is awful. She brings out the worst in Em in terms of beats and lyrical content.
