Obviously it’s not 100% concrete and only basic outline but if you follow the storyline:

• Eminem sells his soul to Slim Shady for fame (Slim Shady EP - Intro (Slim Shady))
• Eminem has trouble separating his personality from Slim Shady (Slim Shady EP songs)
• Slim Shady fully takes over his Eminem rap persona (Slim Shady LP songs)
• Slim Shady starts to affect his personal life as Marshall Mathers (Marshall Mathers LP songs)
• Marshall Mathers takes back control of the Eminem persona (The Eminem Show songs)
• Slim Shady starts breaking through again, so Marshall tries to kill off the Eminem persona (Encore songs, specifically Encore finale)
• Marshall kills Eminem to kill Slim Shady (When I’m Gone/Curtain Call)
• Marshall has full control of the Eminem persona though his life has gone to hell without Slim Shady (The Re-Up)
• Slim Shady awakens himself inside of not just Eminem but Marshall (Relapse - My Darling)
• Slim Shady gets saved by Dr. Dre (Relapse - Underground)
• Slim Shady takes over Eminem due to Marshall’s struggle with d*** abuse (Relapse - Dr West)
• Slim Shady goes on a serial killing rampage (Relapse songs)
• Relapse 2 leftover used in Recovery mentions Shady but for the most part Recovery isn’t really a part of the story (Recovery - So Bad)
• Marshall/Eminem’s past comes back to haunt him (MMLP2 - Bad Guy)
• Shady takes over (some MMLP2 songs)
• Shady and Marshall become one inside of Eminem (MMLP2 - Evil Twin)
• Eminem is mostly docile through next few projects but Shady makes a couple appearances (Shady XV - Right For Me, Revival - Framed)
• Eminem can’t handle the pressure/criticism so Shady takes back over (Chloraseptic Remix)
• Shady has toned it down after merging with Marshall but is rampion back up (Kamikaze/MTBMB songs)

So next in the story will be Marshall and Shady dueling it out inside of Eminem as Marshall tries to put Shady back in his place.
Obviously the album won’t fully follow the concept, none of his albums do - but it will have a few songs referencing this, with Shady allegedly dying.

was gonna say. MMLP has a dido feature. that tracklist with a female pop singer on it would've been a bad look at the time.

just a matter of what em decides to do with skylar. (which so far has been pretty much only lame ballad type tracks lol but he could finally get it right)

Yep. Super nice song actually but still. Still actively functions as an Eminem song with a pop singer hook.
