ANTIHe reacted to the album on his Twitch months ago and he didn't like it at all. Said she had no unique or interesting qualities, etc. and didn't bother reviewing it. (I only know this cuz it made the rounds on Twitter and I saw it there)
But then a few days ago he uploads a review where he's seemingly changed his mind but none of it feels sincere. After 3 minutes of fake crying he starts talking about how it is actually really good. But he's using this deadpan tone and isn't nearly as descriptive as he usually is. Saying s*** like, "Oh yeah the synths and the lyrics, real good stuff, yeah" and it just comes off as odd, like one of his Big Sean joke reviews.
Idk, if he hasn't changed his mind and still doesn't like the album, then putting out a review now, as her popularity continues to grow by the week, just feels like him trying to take advantage of the moment. And on the other hand, if his opinion has changed, it's a terrible showcase for it.

That was my initial impression, but I've seen a lot of people accept it as genuine. Obviously not the mood and style of the review, but the change in opinion.
Maybe there's more context I'm missing, I don't follow his Twitter/Twitch or anywhere he may have spoken more at length about it.

Everything about Tobey is cringe
F*** that chorus. Cringe as f***. As f***. F*** this song. I hate it so much. Its like listening to a collection of rappers straight off of the filthy Frank 'real hip hop' parody.
F***ing ruined all the hype I had for this album.
Also f*** big Sean, woat rapper to be featured on anything, I do not give a f*** that he's from detroit, every song he's ever rapped on has featured him as the second best rapper on it at best. He always makes a song worse
And as for babytron. F*** me what was anyone thinking here, sounds like logic had a child with joyner lucas and gave it to NF to raise. It's terrible. All of this sucks
