I said they love, not loved. Kamikaze, MTBMB, streams still crazy.
Not really.
Eminem has three albums still on the Billboard 200.
Two of them are the Curtain Calls
The third one is The Eminem Show
If the streams were still crazy for Kamikaze, MTBMB, or even Revival, they’d still be on the Top 200 considering they’re relatively recent albums and there’s albums from 20 years ago on there
i love both crippedgod and donuthole so im not trying to get involved
but i will say its unfair to nullify all of em's fast rapping. it's something he's talented at that i dont believe most rappers could do. are there times it was corny? yes but a majority of the time it's an incredible display of the artform of lyricism
it's like saying show me classic biggie verses that aren't filled with metaphors and storytelling or something idk

You the GOAT, so we just gon have to agree to disagree.
godzilla and gnat outro's are insanely great flow wise but would get nixed in this arguement cause i guess he's 'fast rapping'

wait i thought i was agreeing with you more lol
but ty ily
Check the countries his last two albums went #1 in
Almost all of them are majority white countries

There's times when I REALLY f*** with it (like on Gnat) and times where I just skip to the next song so it varies for me, but on the whole I prefer slower, clever wordplay

oh you're not a fan of the fast rapping, okay makes sense.
he was in a really bad place with it started from rap god lol.
Almost all of them are majority white countries
So? big rappers have a lot of white fans. Just look at Kanye.

Kanye is 100% more relevant culturally in modern rap music.
His current work still gets positively discussed every day.
Can’t say the same for Eminem

i actually think the MTBMB albums are received well. i think ktt2 has been running the em hate train super hard but if you look outta here songs like godzilla, gnat, darkness were all super well received and culturally relevant too.
Almost all of them are majority white countries
Majority of countries with trackable record sales are White. Look at the ones that aren't.
Makes your argument seem a bit foolish, doesn't it?

I love Kanye but he fell off harder lmao dude started making ghospel rap and completely lost his mind. It's sad though.
I did like a few tracks from Donda, but his fall off is sad.

My argument is that only white people who don’t care about rap music still listen to Eminem.
Your rebuttal was to check the countries his last two albums went #1 in.
I did, and they were almost all majority white countries, effectively proving my point
oh you're not a fan of the fast rapping, okay makes sense.

Lol, I actually really like Rap God too.
But I think because that was the first instance of it we had and we were geeked as f*** in the album thread.

Even if you believe that, you can’t deny that Donda was 100% more culturally relevant than any Eminem album post-MMLP2
I have not heard an eminem song that was released post 2012 ever outside.
And I live in NYC lol

yeah me too lol
it was the first time so it was kinda cool, but it didn't age well imo
I have not heard an eminem song that was released post 2012 ever outside.

what do you hear outside tho ?
like top 10 billboard 100? lol

I didn’t wanna use the “go outside” argument because it’s played out and dumb, but it literally applies here.
People are not listening to Eminem’s newer music besides his core white fans that don’t like rap music outside of him
My argument is that only white people who don’t care about rap music still listen to Eminem.

He went #1 in Nigeria, for instance.
By your logic, we're all White people who listen to only Eminem then.
It's a stupid argument, G.
Even if you believe that, you can’t deny that Donda was 100% more culturally relevant than any Eminem album post-MMLP2
Eh, because of the events, the pushbacks, and all the wild s*** he was doing.
What we got is a long ass album about religion with a few good tracks and lots of filler. The event was dope though, the last one for Donda, wonder how much money he spent on that.
