Elon is one of the founders of Tesla, I don’t know why people believe this narrative that 1 of the 2 other founders started to spread because he was booted from the company.

Tesla didn’t have anything (it was a shell company) when Elon invested only $6.5m into it. There was no car, no employees, no plans.
