i can tell you from personal experience anyone who thinks this is some random one off occassion which happened due to twitter hiring the wrong person and having poor management is delusional. this is just one incident that really blew up and had a strong paper trial. the same issue this gets at in regards to corruption and middle-management exists at virtually all of the rest of the tech industry
